Stamps
1. Overview
The Stamp feature in EPV allows users to create, manage, and apply stamps within the 'Stamp and Sign' bucket. This guide outlines the steps for creating new stamps, managing stamp lists, and interacting with placed stamps.
2. Creating a Stamp
To create a new stamp:
-
Click the **Stamp** tool in the 'Stamp and Sign' bucket.
-
Click the **'Create Stamp'** CTA (Call to Action) in the left-hand panel.
-
In the Create Stamp modal, you can:
-
Click **Upload** or drag and drop a stamp file.
-
Accepted formats are **JPEG** or **PNG**.
-
The maximum file size is **3MB**.
-
If your file exceeds 3MB, the option to upload will be disabled.
-
After uploading, click **Create** to add the stamp to your list.
3. Managing Your Stamp List
Your uploaded stamps will appear in a list, sorted by **Newest First** by default.
-
There is **no limit** to the number of stamps you can upload.
-
Stamps are **user-tied**, meaning they are visible only to you and persist across documents and sessions.
4. Deleting a Stamp
To delete a stamp:
-
In your stamp list, click the **trash icon** next to the stamp you want to delete.
-
Deleted stamps are removed instantly from your list without refreshing the page.
-
If a stamp has already been placed in the markup panel, deleting it from the list will **not remove** it from the document.
5. Interacting with Placed Stamps
Once a stamp has been placed in your document, you can:
-
**Comment** on the stamp.
-
**Link** it to a URL or page.
-
**Delete**, **rotate**, **expand**, **shrink**, or **drag** it around the page.
-
Move the stamp to another page if needed.
6. Stamp Panel Controls
When the stamp panel is enabled:
-
You can **shrink** or **expand** the panel to adjust content visibility.
-
If you have multiple stamps, you can **scroll up and down** to view them all.
-
Click the **'X' (close)** icon in the top right corner to close the panel.
This guide ensures you can confidently create, manage, and apply your stamps in EPV with ease.
