What is the Toolbar?
The Toolbar in e-PlanVUE is a feature-rich space designed to provide users with intuitive access to essential markup tools during their review process. It’s organized into five functional groups called "buckets" that keep related tools together.
What are the five Toolbar Buckets?
The Toolbar is divided into five buckets:

Color (integrated into the Header Panel)

Annotate (for text-based markups)

Shape (for drawing and boundary markups)

Calculate (for measurement and calculations)

Stamp & Sign (for adding stamps, signatures, and dates)
Color Bucket
The Color bucket provides 20 color options for markups. The default color is red unless a Discipline is selected. If a Discipline is selected, the markup color automatically matches the assigned discipline color.
Annotate Bucket
The Annotate Bucket includes tools for:

All tools in this bucket use the Color Palette or Discipline settings to determine the markup color.
Shape Bucket
The Shape Bucket includes tools for:

Calculate Bucket
The Calculate Bucket offers tools for precise measurements, scaling, and calculations directly within the document.
Stamp & Sign Bucket
The Stamp & Sign Bucket includes tools for:

Stamps – users can upload an unlimited number of stamps

Signatures – users can upload up to 10 signatures in JPEG or PNG format (max 3MB each)

Date annotations – add dates directly into your PDF
Undo/Redo Functionality
The Undo and Redo buttons are located at the end of the Toolbar. They support sequential actions like adding, editing, or deleting markups. If an action fails, the system will automatically retry it.
Calendar Feature
The Calendar feature is part of the Stamp & Sign Bucket. It allows users to place date marks on documents. The default date is today’s date, but it can be changed after placement.
Troubleshooting Markup Color
If you’re unable to select a color from the palette, the Discipline feature may be active, which restricts color choices. Hover over the palette to confirm.
Saving Changes
The Auto-Save feature ensures your changes are saved automatically. Check the Header Panel for a "Saved" status confirmation.
Adding a New Stamp or Signature
Go to the Stamp & Sign bucket and click on "Create Stamp" or "Create Signature" to upload your content.
Missing Stamps
If your stamps are no longer available, it’s likely because your cache has been cleared. Re-upload your stamps and avoid clearing your cache in the future.
