What is a Comment Report in e-PlanVUE?
A Comment Report is an exportable XLSX document that compiles comments and markups from a selected file. Users can filter which comments to include and download the report for internal or external use.
Where can I access the Comment Report feature?
You can access Comment Reports from the Reports tab in the left-side navigation panel. It's the third item in the menu and is available to all user roles.
Why don’t I see any comment reports listed?
If no documents are available in My Workspace or Shared with Me, you'll see:
“No comment reports are available at this time.”

The “Generate Report” button stays disabled until a filter is selected.
