What is the 'My Workspace' panel?

The 'My Workspace' panel is the default landing tab for all ePlanVue users upon logging in. Initially, it will be empty until you upload your first PDF document. Documents appear in the PDF List View and are retained based on the agency’s storage capacity and retention policy.

Why should I use the 'My Workspace' panel?

It acts as a digital workspace where all your uploaded documents are stored for easy access — similar to a plan reviewer’s desk in a traditional environment.

How do I upload a PDF document?

  1. Click on the **Upload Document** button.

  2. Select the PDF file from your device.

  3. (Optional) Add a due date to improve organization.

  4. Click **Upload** and monitor the progress via the upload bar.

What happens if my file exceeds the size limit?

EPV supports PDF files up to **400MB** for single uploads and **8GB** for multiple uploads. If your file exceeds this limit, you will receive an error message.

How do I track upload progress?

A progress bar will appear during the upload process. You can cancel the upload at any time by clicking the cancel option.

How do I rename a document?

  1. Locate the document in the 'My Workspace' list view.

  2. Click the **3-dot** radio button next to the document.

  3. Select **Rename** from the dropdown.

  4. Enter the new document name and click **Save**.

How do I delete a document?

  1. Locate the document in the 'My Workspace' list view.

  2. Click the **3-dot** radio button next to the document.

  3. Select **Delete** from the dropdown and confirm the deletion.

Can I download my documents?

Yes. To download a document:

  1. Locate the document in the 'My Workspace' list view.

  2. Click the **3-dot** radio button.

  3. Select **Download** — you can download with or without markups.

How do I share a document with others?

  1. Locate the document in the 'My Workspace' list view.

  2. Click the **3-dot** radio button next to the document.

  3. Select **Share** and choose up to 10 EPV users.

  4. (Optional) Add a custom message before sending the document.

Can I sort or filter my documents?

Yes. You can sort by:

  • **Document Status**

  • **Shared Date** (default)

  • **Due Date**
