What is the EPV History Panel?
The EPV History Panel is a feature that allows users to track markups created by themselves or other users who have shared access to the document. It helps users easily locate and manage their markups.
What details are included in a markup record?
Each markup recorded in the History Panel includes the following details:

User First and Last Name (e.g., Victoria Fomin)

Date and Time (e.g., Dec 11, 12:21 PM)
-
Respective Markup Icon
-
Respective Markup Context (if applicable)
How does the markup icon color appear in the History Panel?
The markup icon color in the History Panel reflects the color of the markup in the markup panel. If the markup color is updated retrospectively (e.g., changing from blue to yellow), the updated color is reflected in the History Panel in real time.
What sorting options are available in the History Panel?
You can sort the History Panel using the following options:

Page Position

Author (Alphabetically)

Created Date (Oldest to Newest)

Modified Date (Newest to Oldest)

Discipline (Alphabetically)

Color (Based on color palette order)

Type (Grouped as Annotate, Shapes, Calculate, Fill & Sign)
How do I enable the History Panel?
To enable the History Panel:

Click the History Panel icon at the top-right corner.

The History Panel will appear on the right-hand side.

Click the “X” icon at the top-right corner to close the panel.
Can I edit or delete markups in the History Panel?
Yes. To edit or delete your own markups:

Click the 3-dot radio button next to a markup.

Select ‘Edit’ or ‘Delete’ from the dropdown.
When does the History Panel automatically open?
If you place a 'Comment' markup from the Annotate Bucket, the History Panel will automatically open to ensure visibility of the newly created markup.
Can I scroll through the History Panel?
Yes. You can scroll up and down in the History Panel to view all listed markups in real time.
